This crunchy cocoa granola will be your new favorite. Enjoy this over yogurt, in cereal or on its own as a mid day snack.
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup cashews
½ cup walnut halves
½ cup slivered almonds
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
½ cup honey
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325˚
- Stir oats, nuts, and cocoa together.
- Whisk together coconut oil, honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour wet ingredients into oat mixture and combine well.
- Spread mixture over silicone lined or greased baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir and bake another 15 minutes. Let cool.
