Honey Cocoa Granola

This crunchy cocoa granola will be your new favorite. Enjoy this over yogurt, in cereal or on its own as a mid day snack.

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats

½ cup cashews

½ cup walnut halves

½ cup slivered almonds

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup coconut oil

½ cup honey

½ tsp vanilla

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp cinnamon

 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 325˚
  2. Stir oats, nuts, and cocoa together.
  3. Whisk together coconut oil, honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into oat mixture and combine well.
  5. Spread mixture over silicone lined or greased baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir and bake another 15 minutes. Let cool.
