This fruit-powered parfait is naturally sweet and delicious, perfect for an energetic breakfast or a bright lunchtime treat.
Ingredients:
1/2 apple, chopped
¼ cup cherries, pitted and halved
¼ cup strawberries, sliced
Juice of 1 orange
1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
½ cup yogurt
Instructions:
Soak fruit overnight in orange juice & split vanilla bean
Assemble parfait in Big Dipper
