Palates on the Rise

"In motherhood you learn everyday. And I have learned that if you get the kids involved in the kitchen, the better eaters they become. I know its more time consuming but I do like letting the boys help me make their school lunches. Needless to say Cruz is still the world’s pickiest eater but he is slowly trying new foods.
