Easy Halloween Treats for Kids

Easy Halloween Treats for Kids

Halloween has arrived and it's time for lunches to start getting into the spooky spirit. With just a few cookie cutters, colored sprinkles, candy eyes, and a dash of trickery, you can effortlessly whip up eerily delicious lunches for your little ghouls and goblins.

CANDY CORN PARFAIT

Color themed lunches are a quick and fun way to get kids into the holiday spirit. For the parfait, we used vanilla yogurt, mandarin oranges, and pineapple, then matched everything else to the color scheme. This can make a fun “I spy” shopping trip with the kids too!

SPOOK-CUTERIE

Here are some simple ways to make a scary good lunchable out of healthy, everyday items you may already have in your kitchen.

  • Guacamole monster face in a Dipper with blue corn tortilla chips

2. Slice olives in half.

3. Shape the top of each ball into a flat surface.

4. Stuff an olive half into the center of each ball & wrap with prosciutto.

Directions

1. Cut carrot to fit in the lunch box compartment. (Pro tip: Use the Prep to Pack Cutting Board to get the perfect fit)
